Kim Fuller
I had a bone density test a few years ago and was surprised to learn that I was on the edge of osteopenia, which is lower than normal. I had always been quite active, but I decided to incorporate strength training and plyometric exercises to help maintain and build up my bone density.
I decided to become a personal trainer to not only keep me focused on building and maintaining my strength, but to use my knowledge and experience to help others.
My personality is caring, supportive and motivated. That motivation comes through in assisting my clients achieve their goals, whether it’s building strength, or weight loss.
I understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find time to work out. I’ve used my experience to design programs that are manageable and proven to work.
It’s my mission to help you achieve a happy and well balanced lifestyle that will minimise the risk of future health related issues.
