Training at your place

I offer one-on-one personal fitness training where each session is specifically tailored to your individual goals. whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, strength, fitness or cardio.

Most clients want to lose weight, increase fitness or simply tone up. To help you achieve this, I use a combination of weights, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, boxing and much more in a personalised 45 minute session.

Before your first session, I’ll review your fitness level and go through the goals you’d like to achieve and develop a plan with you to make that happen.
