Circuit Group Training

Looking to start a strength and cardio workouts for the first time?  It can be understandably daunting. 

My programs are tailored to beginners as well as those more experienced in fitness training.  You’ll feel supported and training with others keeps you motivated and accountable. 

I keep the numbers moderate, up to eight, so you benefit from group motivation but still get personal attention.

Group personal training sessions have been found to be more effective when compared to training one-to-one with a PT, such as

Motivation – Working out with like-minded people and having friendly competition against others

Accountability – Having regular training partners increases your engagement.

Intimate and Personal – Working out alongside other people on the same health and fitness journey provides the additional support, motivation and inspiration you need to achieve your goals.

I aim to tailor the sessions to take care of each individual’s needs,  making sure women of all fitness levels can make the most of it.  It’s an encouraging environment, so you will never feel that you are “not up to it”
