Women’s Strength Training

Have you been told you should be lifting weights?  Does joining a gym and using the equipment overwhelm you?

I include a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, TRX, core, battle ropes, balance exercises and much more.

I offer strength training in two formats. 

  • A moderate group of eight in an outdoor circuit training environment.
  • The other is one on one training at a location of your choosing and tailored to your specific needs. 

I focus on correct form and technique whilst building towards your goals.
